Tuesday Class

Today we used this fabulous lighthouse stamp set there are lots of stamps included and you can make all sorts of landscape and seascape pictures with them all.  I used one of the flower framelits embossed to look like a starfish on the front.  We did some masking techniques with the lighthouse when stamping the sea and used a circle punch in card to mask using ink for the moon too.  I got the idea off Pinterest for the layout of this card which is super colourful and we all loved it.

We used the lighthouse set again for the second card and the lovely wood grain DSP stack for the backgound of the card with the colours of the inks and layers it is a simple card but am sure anyone would love to receive it and it was super easy and quick to make up.

This little gate fold card was one I have made several times but not had the front panel on to make it more box like in its standing, it is super easy and if you fold one end flat it fits into a standard C6 envelope for flat posting which is great.  Did you notice the cute new ribbon border punch that was used for the front of the panel it is just gorgeous.  The marble background on the inner panel is made with the marble background stamp (it looks like the old shaving foam technique - without the mess lol).  Pretty daisy DSP 12x12 papers were used for the panels and the colours look so pretty together.
